Solid-Phase Synthesis of Pyrrole-Imidazole Polyamides by Resin
TL;DR: In this paper, the basic principle and application of the four kinds of resins mentioned above in solid-phase synthesis of polyamides are discussed, and an important reference for development of poly amides is provided.

Effect of Three Major Polyphenols in Red Wine on Sodium Channel Current in Mouse Dorsal Root Ganglia Cells
TL;DR: In this article, patch-clamp test was employed in order to examine the effect of three major polyphenols, quercetin, resveratrol, and catechin, extracted from red wine on sodium channel currents in mouse dorsal root ganglia cells.
2
Inhibition of Tumor Cell Proliferation In Vitro by Benzamide Derivatives
TL;DR: It is found that four benzamide derivatives suppressed proliferation of tumor cells in a time-and dose-dependent manner by means of Real-Time cell assay (RTCA), and demonstrated that they could be promising lead compounds for developing therapeutic agents for malignant tumors.

Small Natural Molecules Targeting DNA G-Quadruplexes
TL;DR: This paper focuses on the current understanding about the structure of G4-DNA, the binding mode between G 4-DNA and small molecular ligands, and natural products targeting G5-DNA.

Expression of CD4+CD25high+ Regulatory T Cells in Miniature Swine
TL;DR: It is found for the first time that miniature swine CD25high+ represents the homologous population to the murine and human Tregs, and was anergic and has suppressive properties, showing antigen-specificity after exposure to alloantigens.
