Determination of phthalate esters in teas and tea infusions by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry
TL;DR: The risk assessment result of all the selected tea samples demonstrated that the population with the habit of drinking tea won't cause risk to human health, and a wide range of linearity and high linear regression coefficients were afforded.

- 01 Jan 2015
TL;DR: In this article, a method was developed for the determination of five phthalate esters (PAEs) in tea, and the results showed that the linearity of five PAEs were good in their detection range, the correlation coefficient of them were above 0.99.
