TL;DR: In this paper, mesoporous fluorine doped SnO2 (FTO) nanoparticles (NPs) have been successfully synthesized by hydrothermal process, and subsequent annealing process at 350,000°C, 500,00C, 650,00C and 800,00c has been carried out to synthesize FTO photocatalysts with different specific surface areas and oxygen vacancy contents.

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors established a model to quantify the uncertainty in the forecasted outputs of wind and photovoltaic power, which is used to develop forecasts of the output of wind power for several groups of scenarios, and predictions with the best complementarity are selected as a typical set of scenarios by means of their generation, reduction, and combination.
