The comparative study among different fractions of muscadine grape 'Noble' pomace extracts regarding anti-oxidative activities, cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in breast cancer.
TL;DR: Fraction F3, which contained a mixture of anthocyanidins and ellagic acids, exhibited the strongest anti-oxidative activity, as determined at both low and high concentrations in the DPPH and FRAP assays.
A Novel U-Box Protein Gene from “Zuoshanyi” Grapevine (Vitis amurensis Rupr. cv.) Involved in Cold Responsive Gene Expression in Arabidopsis thanliana
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that VaPUB enhanced plant cold and salt stress tolerance and its over-expression affected the expression of cold responsive genes.

CURI-YOLOv7: A Lightweight YOLOv7tiny Target Detector for Citrus Trees from UAV Remote Sensing Imagery Based on Embedded Device
Yali Zhang,Xipeng Fang,Jun Guo,Linlin Wang,Haoxin Tian,Kangting Yan,Yubin Lan +6 more
TL;DR: The proposed CURI-YOLOv7 model can basically achieve the function of individual tree detection in UAV remote sensing imagery on embedded devices and forms a foundation for the subsequent UAV real-time identification of the citrus tree with its geographic coordinates positioning, which is conducive to the study of precise agricultural management of citrus orchards.

Extraction of Citrus Trees from UAV Remote Sensing Imagery Using YOLOv5s and Coordinate Transformation
Haoxin Tian,Xipeng Fang,Yubin Lan,Chenyang Ma,Huasheng Huang,Xiaoyang Lu,Dehua Zhao,Hanchao Liu,Yali Zhang +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a method for citrus tree identification and coordinate extraction based on UAV remote sensing imagery and coordinate transformation is proposed, which is capable of automatically obtaining the WGS84 coordinates of citrus trees with high precision.
Ectopic Expression of VvSUC27 Induces Stenospermocarpy and Sugar Accumulation in Tomato Fruits
Yumeng Cai,Yumeng Cai,Ling Yin,Wenrui Tu,Zhefang Deng,Jing Yan,Wenjie Dong,Han Gao,Jinxu Xu,Nan Zhang,Jie Wang,Lei Zhu,Qingyong Meng,Yali Zhang +13 more
TL;DR: In this paper, three SUTs (SUC11, SUC12, and SUC27) from Vitis vinifera were characterized and ectopic expression in tomatoes and showed that stenospermocarpy can be induced by overexpression of VvSUC27 through a consequential reduction in nutrient delivery to pollen at anthesis, with a subsequent downregulation of the genes involved in carbohydrate metabolism and hormone signaling.
