TL;DR: A 60-year-old man presented to the emergency department for acute abdominal pain with marked abdominal distention and red rectal bleeding, and a contrastenhanced abdominal CT scan was performed, which revealed a recto-sigmoid intussusception on lipoma, causing mechanical intestinal obstruction as mentioned in this paper .
