Lattice dynamics study and specific heat of CsH 2 PO 4 and CsD 2 PO 4
TL;DR: In this paper, the results of lattice dynamics simulation of hydrogen-bonded crystals in paraelectric and ferroelectric phase using a semi-empirical atomistic model based on the Coulomb, short range, covalent, and van der Waals interactions are reported.

Elastic properties of Cs 2 HgBr 4 and Cs 2 CdBr 4 crystals
TL;DR: Using ultrasonic velocity measurements, all components of the elastic constant matrix Cij, elastic compliances matrix Sij, and linear compressibility constants matrix Kij have been determined over a wide temperature range, including the region of the phase transition from the normal to the incommensurate phase.
On the issue of superstructure phase transitions in monoclinic RbD2PO4 crystal
TL;DR: In this article, the results of group-theory analysis, lattice dynamics simulation and phenomenological treatment in three temperature phases of the monoclinic RbD2PO4 were presented.

TL;DR: In this paper, the dielectric properties of tetraethylammonium dibromo-dichloro-cobaltate (TEA-CBC) nanocrystallites incorporated into the polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) matrix were investigated within the spectral range of 3.5 GHz to 3.9 GHz in the temperature range of 90-300 K.

V. B. Kapustianyk,Ya. Shchur,I.V. Kityk,V. P. Rudyk,G. Lach,Lukasz Laskowski,S. Tkaczyk,J Swiatek,V Davydov +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the dielectric properties of TEA-CoCl2Br2 nanocrystals incorporated into the polymethylmethacrylate matrix within the frequency range of 3 × 105-2.6 × 109 Hz in the temperature region of 90-300 K were investigated.
