Toward terahertz heterodyne detection with superconducting Josephson nano-junctions
A. Luo,Thomas Wolf,Y. Wang,Maxime Malnou,Christian Ulysse,Giancarlo Faini,Pascal Febvre,Jerome Lesueur,Nicolas Bergeal +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the high-frequency mixing properties of ion irradiated YBa2Cu3O7 Josephson nano-junctions were studied and the experimental conversion gain was found to be in good agreement with the prediction of the three ports model.

- 18 Jul 2023
TL;DR: In this paper , a quantized current-biased Josephson junction (CBJJ) can be used as either a boson or a fermion depending on its biased dc-current.
Low-loss superconducting aluminum microwave coplanar waveguide resonators on sapphires for the qubit readouts
TL;DR: In this article , the authors designed and fabricated aluminum film quarter-wavelength coplanar waveguide (CPW) resonators on sapphire substrates for solid-state quantum computation and single-photon detection.
Toward terahertz heterodyne detection with superconducting Josephson junctions
Maxime Malnou,A. Luo,Thomas Wolf,Y. Wang,Cheryl Feuillet-Palma,Christian Ulysse,Giancarlo Faini,P. Febvre,Martin Sirena,Jerome Lesueur,Nicolas Bergeal +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, the high-frequency mixing properties of ion irradiated YBa2Cu3O7 Josephson junctions were investigated and the experimental conversion gain was found to be in good agreement with the prediction of the three-port model.
