TL;DR: By analyzing a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb^{-1} collected at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector, the absolute branching fraction of the D+→ημ^{+}ν_{μ} decay is measured for the first time and agrees with the theoretical expectation of lepton flavor universality within uncertainty.
