The system comprises a control unit, and a test instrument, an RF group line switcher and multiple to-be-tested electronic devices respectively connected with the control unit, and the control unit comprises a test tool and an automatic test unit. The test method includes adopting the automatic test unit to execute the following steps: detecting connection status of the to-be-tested electronic devices, and enabling the to-be-tested electronic devices to enter an under-test mode if connection succeeds; detecting connection status of the test instrument, initializing the test instrument if connection succeeds, and detecting physical connection status of the RF switcher; according to sequence of the to-be-tested electronic devices, controlling the RF group line switcher to switch the to-be-tested electronic devices in an RF group line one by one in a traversing manner; invoking the test tool to control the test instrument to test and calibrate the to-be-tested electronic devices, and displaying test results in real time according to a test process. Utilization rate of the test instrument is increased, and further test efficiency is improved.
