The method comprises the steps: carrying out a reaction on excessive soluble phosphate with silver nitrate to generate a mixture aqueous solution of silver phosphate and soluble phosphate, and dissolving sodium alginate to obtain a membrane casting solution; scraping the membrane casting solution to a membrane with a glass rod, and soaking the membrane in an excessive soluble calcium salt aqueous solution, sufficiently crosslinking, generating calcium phosphate in situ in hydrogel while generating the calcium alginate hydrogel, and wrapping silver phosphate with the calcium phosphate, so as to avoid loss of calcium phosphate in the calcium alginate hydrogel. Calcium phosphate and alginate are cross-linked through calcium ions to generate an organic-inorganic hybrid structure, and under the physical enhancement action of the organic-inorganic hybrid structure, the mechanical strength of the calcium alginate hydrogel is improved, and the swelling property of the calcium alginate hydrogel is reduced. The silver phosphate endows the hydrogel with good antibacterial property.
