Transcriptome analysis and functional identification of GmMYB46 in soybean seedlings under salt stress
TL;DR: This article investigated the transcriptomes of salt-treated soybean seedlings versus a control using RNA-seq to better understand the molecular mechanisms of the soybean (Glycine max L.) response to salt stress.

Effects of Pollen Sources on Fruit Set and Fruit Characteristics of ‘Fengtangli’ Plum (Prunus salicina Lindl.) Based on Microscopic and Transcriptomic Analysis
Lijun Deng,Tie Wang,Juan Hu,Xinxia Yang,Yuan Yao,Zheng Jun Jin,Zehao Huang,Guochao Sun,Bo Xiong,L. Liao,Zhihua Wang +10 more
TL;DR: In this article , the differences in pollen tube growth, fruit set and fruit quality among pollination combinations were analyzed for Fengtangli plums, and the results provided a reference for the selection of suitable pollinizers for the commercial plum production.
Widely targeted metabolomic profiling combined with transcriptome analysis sheds light on flavonoid biosynthesis in sweet orange 'Newhall' (C. sinensis) under magnesium stress
Bo Xiong,Qin Li,Zhuyuan Liu,Xinxia Yang,Xiaoyong Yu,Yuan Li,L. Liao,Xun Wang,Honghong Deng,Mingfei Zhang,Guochao Sun,Zhihua Wang +11 more
TL;DR: In this article , an integrative analysis of the metabolome and transcriptome was performed in SOPs at different developmental stages, comparing Magnesium deficiency (MD) was higher than Magnesium sufficiency (MS), which indicated significant variations between MS and MD varieties at different growth stages.
Comprehensive analyses of the citrus WRKY gene family involved in the metabolism of fruit sugars and organic acids
Mingfei Zhang,Wen Lu,Xinxia Yang,Qin Li,Xingyu Lin,Kexin Liu,Chunmei Yin,Bo Xiong,L. Liao,Guochao Sun,Si-tong He,Jiaxian He,Xun Wang,Zhihua Wang +13 more
TL;DR: Findings provide comprehensive knowledge of the CsWRKY family on the regulation of fruit quality and indicate that three Cs WRKYs may participate in the metabolism of fruit sugars and organic acids by regulating carbohydrate metabolism genes in citrus fruit.

Soybean balanced the growth and defense in response to SMV infection under different light intensities
TL;DR: Zhang et al. as mentioned in this paper analyzed the mechanism of soybean response to soybean mosaic virus (SMV) infection under different light intensities and found that most defense-related genes were downregulated in the dark and the shade, and upregulated under hard light and normal light.
