Electrooxidative and Regioselective C−H Azolation of Phenol and Aniline Derivatives
TL;DR: A preliminary mechanistic study indicated that a radical-radical-combination pathway might be involved in the coupling reaction, allowing access to a wide variety of synthetically useful heteroarene derivatives.

Tunable alkoxy-nucleophilic addition under photochemical condition: Dioxidation of gem‑difluoroalkenes with O2
TL;DR: In this paper , a protocol for photoredox initiated selectively oxo-alkoxylation and hydroxy/hydroperoxy-alkoxide-decomposition of gem-difluoroalkenes with retention of both fluorine atoms at mild condition has been demonstrated.

Photoredox initiated azole-nucleophilic addition: oxo-azolation of gem-difluoroalkenes
TL;DR: A protocol for photoredox initiated oxo-azolation of gem-difluoroalkenes has been demonstrated and offers a facile access to a series of synthetically useful azolated difloroacetonarenes and tolerates a wide range of functional groups.
