Tuning the reactivity of PbI2 film via monolayer Ti3C2Tx MXene for two-step-processed CH3NH3PbI3 solar cells
TL;DR: In this article, two-dimensional (2D) monolayer Ti3C2Tx (Tx = O, OH, and F) nanosheets were first introduced into the PbI2 layer as a multifunctional additive to enhance the reactivity of Pb2 by forming porous channels.

Antisolvent-Derived Intermediate Phases for Low-Temperature Flexible Perovskite Solar Cells
Xin Zhang,Hao Xiong,Jiabin Qi,Hou Chengyi,Yaogang Li,Qinghong Zhang,Hongzhi Wang +6 more
- 16 Oct 2018
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors demonstrate that only toluene (TL) can drive the perovskite precursor into metastable phases while other antisolvents including chlorobenzene, ethyl acetate, and trichloromethane can drive it into supersaturation phases.

Highly efficient flexible perovskite solar cells made via ultrasonic vibration assisted room temperature cold sintering
Xin Zhang,Fatemeh Zabihi,Hao Xiong,Morteza Eslamian,Hou Chengyi,Meifang Zhu,Hongzhi Wang,Qinghong Zhang +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a planar perovskite solar cell is fabricated using an all-room temperature pathway, where a nanocrystalline SnO2 layer is deposited on polyethylene terephthalate/indium tin oxide via room-temperature sol-gel strategy.

Method for preparing large-grain perovskite film at low temperature
Zhang Qinghong,Xin Zhang,Li Yaogang,Wang Hongzhi,Hou Chengyi +4 more
- 19 Mar 2019
TL;DR: In this article, a method for preparing a large-grain perovskite film at a low temperature is presented. But the method is not suitable for the use of solar cells, since the perovsite film is uniform and dense, and the crystal grain is obviously increased.

Method for preparing high-quality perovskite film under room temperature
Zhang Qinghong,Xin Zhang,Li Yaogang,Wang Hongzhi,Hou Chengyi +4 more
- 24 May 2019
TL;DR: In this article, a method for preparing a high-quality perovskite film under room temperature was proposed, which can be used for processing a flexible substrate which is not resistant to high temperature into a flexible device.
