R AA vs. v 2 of heavy and light hadrons within a linear Boltzmann transport model
Shanshan Cao,Shanshan Cao,Long-Gang Pang,Tan Luo,Yayun He,Yayun He,Guang-You Qin,Xin-Nian Wang,Xin-Nian Wang +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a linear Boltzmann transport (LBT) model coupled to hydrodynamical background is established to study hard parton evolution in heavy-ion collisions. But the model is not suitable for particle collisions.
Longitudinal dependence of open heavy flavor R A A in relativistic heavy-ion collisions
Caio A.G. Prado,Wen-Jing Xing,Shanshan Cao,Guang-You Qin,Guang-You Qin,Xin-Nian Wang,Xin-Nian Wang +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors studied the dynamics of heavy quark transport in the QGP medium using the rapidity dependence of heavy flavor observables and showed that the heavy-quark modification is determined by the interplay between the smaller size of the medium, which affects the path length of the heavy quarks, and the softness of the initial production spectrum.
Spin alignment of vector mesons in heavy-ion collisions
Xin-li Sheng,Lucia Oliva,Zuo-tang Liang,Qun Wang,Xin-Nian Wang +4 more
- 31 May 2022
TL;DR: In this article , the relativistic spin Boltzmannian equation for vector mesons derived from Kadanoff-Baym equations with an effective quark-meson model for strong interaction and quark coalescence model for hadronizaton was used.
Deep learning assisted jet tomography for the study of Mach cones in QGP
Zhong Yang,Yayun He,Wei Ju Chen,Weiyao Ke,Long-Gang Pang,Xin-Nian Wang +5 more
- 06 Jun 2022
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors developed a deep learning assisted jet tomography which uses the full information of the al hadrons from jets to localize the initial jet production positions.
Dynamical versus decay photons in A + A collisions at √s=200 A GeV☆
TL;DR: In this paper, a hydrodynamic model for a wide range of initial conditions in ultra-relativistic heavy ion collisions was proposed, including multiple minijet production in an equilibrated quark-gluon plasma.
