Systemic toxicity and toxicokinetics of a high dose of polyethylene glycol 400 in dogs following intravenous injection.
TL;DR: It is shown that the toxicity of a high dose of PEG-400 following repeated intravenous injections is low, and alterations produced are reversible, and the toxicokinetic profile of P EG-400 in dogs is unchanged.

Effect of route of administration on the pharmacokinetics and toxicokinetics of cinnarizine in dogs
Bao-qiu Li,Gui-qin Yang,Shi-hong Fang,Ji-you Gao,Fang-min Gu,Xin Dong,Jian-xin Zhang,Yong Wang +7 more
TL;DR: It is indicated that pharmacokinetics and toxicokinetics properties of cinnarizine for injection show advantages over the oral preparation, but caution should be taken with the cumulative action when cinnaraizine is injected and the dose should be lower than 6mg/kg.

Method for synthesizing degarelix
Bao-qiu Li,Yuan Qiang,Chen Minglu,Shi-hong Fang,Xin Dong,Li Na +5 more
- 06 Mar 2013
TL;DR: In this paper, a method for synthesizing degarelix, wherein an amino resin protected with Fmoc is used as a raw material, is described, and a solid-phase synthesis method, DIC/HOBt (N,N'-diisopropylcarbodiimide/1-hydroxybenzotrizole) is used for transpeptidase reaction.

In vitro enzyme-mimic activity and in vivo therapeutic potential of HSJ-0017, a novel Mn porphyrin-based antioxidant enzyme mimic
Bao-qiu Li,Xin Dong,Li Na,Ji-you Gao,Yuan Qiang,Shi-hong Fang,Xian-chang Gong,Shu-juan Wang,Fengshan Wang +8 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that HSJ-0017 exhibits antioxidant, antitumor, anti-inflammatory, radioprotective, chemoprotection, and hepatoprotective effects and is a potent dual SOD/CAT mimic.

Pharmacokinetics, tissue distribution and excretion of manganese (III) meso-tetra [3-(2-(2-methoxy)-ethoxy) ethoxy] phenyl porphyrin chloride, a novel superoxide dismutase mimic, in Wistar rats
Bao-qiu Li,Shi-hong Fang,Xin Dong,Li Na,Ji-you Gao,Gui-qin Yang,Xian-chang Gong,Shu-juan Wang,Fengshan Wang +8 more
TL;DR: The study has led to the view that the HSJ-0017 can be rapidly distributed to tissues after intravenous administration, but cannot diffuse through the blood–brain barrier.
