The related circular polarized antenna with QUAD-EMC unit structure comprises: some polarized antenna units, a signal distributor, and a signal matching unit connected with former antenna units and distributor. Wherein, for emitting state, the electric signal passes the distributor and matching unit to arrive at the antenna unit, and is converted into circular polarized form for emission; for receiving state, the antenna unit receives circular polarized signal to convert into electric signal, and transfers to the distributor through the matching unit.

This paper designs a circularly polarized Fabry-Perot antenna based on FSS loading. The FSS is composed of a dielectric substrate and two printed metal layers, which are etched on the top and bottom layers of the substrate. The two metal layers are composed of a patch layer and a square loop slot layer. The partially reflecting surface is composed of 8×8 FSS units, and is placed at a distance h from the feed. And the overall size of the proposed CP F-P antenna designed in this paper is about 1.5λ 0 × 1.5λ 0 × 0.5λ 0 . The actual measured impedance bandwidth is 22.2%, the axial ratio bandwidth is 4.3%, and the maximum gain is 10.4 dB.
