A graphene-based Fabry-Pérot spectrometer in mid-infrared region.
TL;DR: A graphene-based ultra-compact spectrometer (several micrometers in size) that is compatible with complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) processing and has potential applications in the graphene-silicon-based optoelectronic devices as it offers new possibilities for developing new ultra- Compound spectrometers and low-cost hyperspectral imaging sensors in mid-infrared region.
Peak modulation in multicavity-coupled graphene-based waveguide system.
TL;DR: It is found that the increasing number of the graphene rectangle cavity (GRC) achieves the multiple PIT peaks, and the PIT peaks reduce to just one when the distance between the third cavity and the second one is 100 nm.
Tunable plasmonically induced transparency with unsymmetrical graphene-ring resonators
TL;DR: In this article, the multi-wavelength tunable plasmonically induced transparency (PIT) phenomena in two-ring and three-ring systems at infrared range were theoretically and numerically investigated.

High-efficiency and tunable circular polarization selectivity in photosensitive silicon-based zigzag array metasurface
TL;DR: In this paper , a photo-sensitive silicon-based zigzag metasurface was proposed to demonstrate giant and tunable polarization selectivity of circularly polarized light (CPL) in transmission and reflection modes simultaneously.

Modulating Plasmonic Sensor with Graphene-Based Silicon Grating
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a modulating plasmonic structure device which is composed of a single layer graphene above the silicon Bragg grating with the silica spacer layer.
