A Label-Free Bioluminescent Sensor for Real-Time Monitoring Polynucleotide Kinase Activity
TL;DR: This bioluminescent sensor for PNK activity assay is much simpler, label-free, cost-effective, and free from the autofluorescence interference of biological matrix, and can be further used for quantitative, kinetic, and inhibition assay.

Improving Electrocatalytic Nitrogen Reduction Selectivity and Yield by Suppressing Hydrogen Evolution Reaction via Electronic Metal–Support Interaction
TL;DR: In this article , a support for the electrochemical nitrogen reduction reaction (NRR) was used to avoid the hydrogen evolution reaction, and the electronic metal-support interaction between the support and Mo creates electron-deficient sites, which weakens H adsorption and lowers the energy barrier of the first step.

Electrochemical sensor for determination of aflatoxin B1 based on multiwalled carbon nanotubes-supported Au/Pt bimetallic nanoparticles
TL;DR: In this article, a sensitive and selective imprinted electrochemical sensor for the determination of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) was constructed on a glassy carbon electrode by stepwise modification of functional multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MCNTs), Au/Pt bimetallic nanoparticles (Au/PitNPs), and a thin imprinted film.

Pyrazolate-based porphyrinic metal-organic frameworks as catechol oxidase mimic enzyme for fluorescent and colorimetric dual-mode detection of dopamine with high sensitivity and specificity
TL;DR: In this article, a novel fluorescent and colorimetric dual-readout platform for dopamine detection based on pyrazolate-based porphyrinic metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) by coordination regulation strategy to improve the performance of catechol oxidase mimic enzyme activity was constructed.
