TL;DR: The largest IBD study of individuals of East Asian (EAS) ancestries is reported, finding 80 IBD loci in EAS alone and 320 when meta-analyzed with ~370,000 EUR individuals, among which 81 are new.

The Attenuation of Chronic Ulcerative Colitis by (R)-salbutamol in Repeated DSS-Induced Mice
TL;DR: It is verified that chronic colitis was significantly attenuated by (R)-sal, which was evidenced by notably mitigated body weight loss, disease activity index (DAI), splenomegaly, colonic lengths shortening, and histopathological scores, and results indicate that (R-sal maybe a novel treatment alternative for Chronic colitis.
