TL;DR: In this study, in vivo exposure to AFB1 at 15 and 150 μg/kg/day lowered serum testosterone, luteinizing hormone, and follicle-stimulating hormone levels, reduced Leydig cell number, and down-regulated the expression of testosterone biosynthesis-related genes.

TL;DR: iPS‐CM could reduce H2O2‐induced ILC apoptosis through the activation of autophagy, promote proliferation through up‐regulation of Wnt/β‐catenin pathway and enhance testosterone production through increasing steroidogenic enzyme expressions, which might be used in regenerative medicine for future.
