TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper presented a calculation method of forming height for cushion segment based on the analysis of theory of spring back, and it is called reverse trial method, and the results show that the forming height of reverse trial methods and simulation are 1.766 mm and 1.63 mm respectively.
