Efficient Dipole Coupled Nanomagnetic Logic in Stress Induced Elliptical Nanomagnet Array
TL;DR: In this article, an efficient dipole coupled nanomagnetic logic scheme clocked by voltage-induced stress is presented, where the logic signals can be transmitted to an array of eight elliptical nanomagnets in one cycle.

Modeling of 180° magnetization switching and clock sensitivity in a tilted multiferroic nanomagnet
TL;DR: In this article, the dynamic magnetization model of multiferroic elliptical nanomagnets with different tilt angles is established, and the results show that the clock sensitivities are different for nanomagnetic devices with varying tilt angles.

Subnanosecond Radial Vortex Core Polarity Reversal Using Linearly Attenuated Perpendicular Magnetic Field
Cheng Li,Li Cai,Xiaokuo Yang,Huanqing Cui,Sen Wang,Bo Wei,Danna Dong,Chuang Li,Jiahao Liu,Baojun Liu +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, the radial vortex core (RVC) polarity reversal in PtCo20Fe60B 20Ti multilayers induced by a linearly attenuated perpendicular magnetic field is investigated.

Spin-torque nano-oscillators based on radial vortex in the presence of interface Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction
TL;DR: In this article, the radial vortex state can also be brought into persistent self-oscillatory periodic motion by applying spin polarized current in a nanocontact cylinder magnetic multilayers structure.

In-plane magnetization switching characteristics of energy-efficient strain-mediated nanomagnets assisted by the spin Hall effect at room temperature
TL;DR: In this article, in-plane magnetization switching can be realized by simulating the magnetization dynamics under a combination of spin-orbit torque (SOT) and strain, which shows an energy-efficient way to spintronic devices.
