Tailoring Organic Cation of 2D Air-Stable Organometal Halide Perovskites for Highly Efficient Planar Solar Cells
Yani Chen,Yong-Hui Sun,Jiajun Peng,Wei Zhang,Xiaojun Su,Kaibo Zheng,Kaibo Zheng,Tõnu Pullerits,Ziqi Liang +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a 2D perovskite, (iso-BA)2(MA)3Pb4I13, that contains short branched-chain spacer cations and shows a remarkable increase of optical absorption and crystallinity in comparison to the conventional linear one, n-BA+, is designed.

Excited-state properties of Y-series small molecule semiconductors
Guanzhao Wen,Rong Hu,Xiaojun Su,Zhifeng Chen,Chengyun Zhang,Jun Peng,Xianshao Zou,Xiaochuan He,Geng Dong,Wei Zhang +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, the excited-state properties and electronic structures of the Y-series small molecules (Y5, Y6, Y10, N3, Y 6-BO-4F, and Y6-BO 4Cl) have been systematically studied by using steady-state and time-resolved spectroscopies and quantum chemical calculations.

Carrier Recombination Processes in Gallium Indium Phosphide Nanowires
Wei Zhang,Zeng Xulu,Xiaojun Su,Xianshao Zou,Pierre-Adrien Mante,Magnus T. Borgström,Arkady Yartsev +6 more
TL;DR: It is concluded that trapping of both electrons and holes as well as nonradiative recombination become faster with increasing Ga composition in GaxIn1-xP NWs and early time electron mobility is estimated and found to be strongly dependent on Ga composition due to the contribution of electrons in the X-valley.

Effect of Post-Thermal Annealing on the Performance and Charge Photogeneration Dynamics of PffBT4T-2OD/PC71BM Solar Cells.
Wei Zhang,Rong Hu,Xiaokang Zeng,Xiaojun Su,Zhifeng Chen,Xianshao Zou,Jun Peng,Chengyun Zhang,Arkady Yartsev +8 more
TL;DR: The generation of localized PffBT4T-2OD polarons observed via spectro-electrochemical measurements are correlated with enhancement of the bimolecular charge recombination of annealed solar cells.

Effect of hydrogen chloride etching on carrier recombination processes of indium phosphide nanowires
Xiaojun Su,Xiaojun Su,Zeng Xulu,Hynek Němec,Xianshao Zou,Wei Zhang,Magnus T. Borgström,Arkady Yartsev +7 more
TL;DR: The dynamics of photo-generated charge carriers in a series of indium phosphide nanowires grown with varied HCl fluxes are investigated and it is found that the photoluminescence decay is dominated by the decay of the mobile hole population due to trapping, which is affected by the HCl etching.
