A continuum model of piezoelectric potential generated in a bent ZnO nanorod
Zhengzheng Shao,Zhengzheng Shao,Liaoyong Wen,Dongmin Wu,XiaoFeng Wang,Xueao Zhang,Shengli Chang +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, a model of piezoelectric potential generated in a bent ZnO nanorod cantilever was presented by means of the first piezolectric effect approximation.

Biosensors based on acetylcholinesterase immobilized on mesoporous silica thin films
Xueao Zhang,Honghui Jia,XiaoFeng Wang,Hailiang Zhang,Hongwei Yin,Shengli Chang,Jianfang Wang,Wenjian Wu +7 more
TL;DR: Using tetraethoxysilane and 3-aminopropyltriethioxysilanes as the silica sources, amino-functionalized mesoporous silica thin films with 3-dimensional cubic structure have been deposited on conducting ITO substrate in the presence of surfactant F127 templates under acid conditions as discussed by the authors.

Electrical characteristics of Pt-ZnO Schottky nano-contact
TL;DR: In this paper, the electrical characteristics of Pt-ZnO Schottky nano-contact have been studied and it was shown that a high electric field is induced on the ZnO beneath the contact point when a bias voltage is applied.
