CapSeat: capacitive proximity sensing for automotive activity recognition
Andreas Braun,Sebastian Frank,Martin Majewski,Xiaofeng Wang +3 more
- 01 Sep 2015
TL;DR: CapSeat is presented - a car seat equipped with integrated capacitive proximity sensors that are used to measure a wide range of physiological parameters about the driver that can support safety systems by detecting inattentiveness and increase passive safety by facilitating suitable seat adjustments and posture detection.
A benzocoumarin-based fluorescent probe for highly specific ultra-sensitive fast detecting endogenous/exogenous hypochlorous acid and its applications
Kui Liu,Sujie Huang,Tianrong Li,Jie Sun,Long Fan,Xiaofeng Wang,Huixue Li,Yijia Li,Wei Zhang,Zhen Yang +9 more
- 01 Feb 2022
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper designed and synthesized a novel based on benzocoumarin fluorescent probe BL for specific detection HOCl, which has brilliant selectivity, high sensitivity (5.64 nM), fast response (60 s), moderate water-solubility.

A benzocoumarin-based fluorescent probe for ultra-sensitive and fast detection of endogenous/exogenous hypochlorous acid and its applications.
Kui Liu,Long Fan,Sujie Huang,Jie Sun,Xiaofeng Wang,Huixue Li,Changdai Si,Wei Zhang,Tianrong Li,Zhengqiao Yang +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a water-soluble fluorescent probe, BMH, with excellent performance is designed and synthesized by simple condensation of benzocoumarin and 2-mercaptoethanol.

Fluorescent Mechanism of a Highly Selective Probe for Copper(II) Detection: A Theoretical Study
TL;DR: In this article , a highly selective probe for copper(II) detection based on the dansyl group was theoretically studied by means of (time-dependent) density functional theory; the calculated results indicated that the oscillator strength of the fluorescent process for the probe molecule is considerably large, but the counterpart of its copper (II) complex is nearly zero; therefore, the predicted radiative rate kr of the probe is several orders of magnitude larger than that of its complex.

The luminescent and reaction mechanisms of a fluorescent probe for the detection of hypochlorous acid: Insights from theory.
Hui-Xue Li,Xiaofeng Wang,Kun Yuan,Ling-Ling Lv,Kui Liu,Changqing Wang,Sujuan Pan,Peng Wang,Zhifeng Li +8 more
TL;DR: In this article , a fluorescent probe BMH was designed and synthesized for detection of hypochlorous acid (HClO), which can increase dramatically the fluorescence intensity and had ultrafast response, a low detection limit and a wide pH range of application.
