P7TP3 inhibits tumor development, migration, invasion and adhesion of liver cancer through the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.
Jing Zhao,Jing Zhao,Yun Wang,Yun Wang,Ming Han,Hongping Lu,Xiaofan Chen,Shunai Liu,Xiaoxue Yuan,Kai Han,Pu Liang,Jun Cheng,Jun Cheng +12 more
TL;DR: P7TP3 inhibited HCC by regulating migration, invasion, adhesion, proliferation and cell cycle progression of liver cancer cell through the Wnt/β‐catenin signaling pathway.

Single-cell RNA sequencing to explore composition of peripheral blood NK cells in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia in treatment-free remission
TL;DR: Through single-cell RNA sequencing analysis, it is confirmed that the mature and terminal, CD56 bright, and transitional subsets of NK cells play an indispensable role in maintaining TFR in patients with CML.

Identifying prognostic biomarker related to immune infiltration in acute myeloid leukemia.
Weixiang Lu,Guopan Yu,Yanlin Li,Changxin Yin,Jiaxin Long,Xiaofan Chen,Yanxia Chen,Zhongxin Zheng,Yujie Lai,Xinyu Zhou,Dan Xu +10 more
TL;DR: RNA-sequencing results of AML patients from TCGA database were used to quantify the abundance of 28 types of immune cells in the TME and constructed a TME score reflecting the immune infiltrating pattern of the patients using Cox regression algorithm, indicating that patients in the low TME Score group were more sensitive to chemotherapeutic drugs, and those in high TME scored were more likely to respond to immunotherapy.
