Downregulation of lncRNA TUG1 contributes to the development of sepsis‐associated acute kidney injury via regulating miR‐142‐3p/sirtuin 1 axis and modulating NF‐κB pathway
TL;DR: The findings reveal that downregulation of lncRNA TUG1 may promote the development and progression of sepsis‐associated AKI via regulating miR‐142‐3p/SIRT1 axis and modulating NF‐κB signal.

Swine Enteric Coronavirus: Diverse Pathogen–Host Interactions
Quanhui Yan,Xiaodi Liu,Yawei Sun,Weijun Zeng,Yuwan Li,Feifan Zhao,Keke Wu,Shuangqi Fan,Mingqiu Zhao,Jinding Chen,Lin Yi +10 more
TL;DR: This review summarizes the current advances in autophagy, apoptosis, and innate immunity induced by SeCoV infection and indicates that these complex interactions may be directly involved in viral replication or the alteration of some signal pathways.
The Role of Mitophagy in Viral Infection
Yuwan Li,Keke Wu,S. Zeng,L. Zou,Xiaowen Li,Chen Xu,Bingke Li,Xiaodi Liu,Zhao-Yao Li,Wenhui Zhu,Shuangqi Fan,Jinding Chen +11 more
TL;DR: The functions and mechanisms of mitophagy in infection with classical swine fever virus and other specific viruses are discussed, with the aim of providing a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of related diseases.
The regulation of cell homeostasis and antiviral innate immunity by autophagy during classical swine fever virus infection
Xiaowen Li,Yiwan Song,Xinyan Wang,Cheng Fu,Feifan Zhao,L. Zou,Keke Wu,Wenxian Chen,Zhao-Yao Li,Jindai Fan,Yuwan Li,Bingke Li,S. Zeng,Xiaodi Liu,Mingqiu Zhao,Lin Yi,Jinding Chen,Shuangqi Fan +17 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors used transcriptomics and metabolomics methods to find that CSFV infection alters innate host immunity by activating the interferon pathway, inhibiting host inflammation, apoptosis, and remodelling host metabolism in porcine alveolar macrophages.

Associations of sleep apnea risk and oxygen desaturation indices with cerebral small vessel disease burden in patients with stroke
TL;DR: Oxygen desaturation indices (ODI and DesDur) rather than AHI were independently associated with global CSVD burden, indicating that longer and more severe desaturations may contribute to the pathogenesis of CSVD.
