The 3′UTR of the pseudogene CYP4Z2P promotes tumor angiogenesis in breast cancer by acting as a ceRNA for CYP4Z1
TL;DR: Investigation of the roles of the pseudogene CYP4Z2P- and CYP 4Z1-3′UTR and functional gene CYP3K1/2 and PI3K/Akt in breast cancer angiogenesis process found them to be combinatorial miRNA inhibitors.

Immunological features and efficacy of a multi-epitope vaccine CTB-UE against H. pylori in BALB/c mice model
Le Guo,Runting Yin,Runting Yin,Kunmei Liu,Xiaobo Lv,Li Yonghong,Xiangguo Duan,Yuankui Chu,Tao Xi,Yingying Xing +9 more
TL;DR: The experimental results indicated that CTB-UE could induce comparatively high levels of specific antibodies against native H. pylori urease, UreA,UreB, or the selected B cell epitopes involved with the active site of ure enzyme and showed an effectively inhibitory effect on the enzymatic activity of Urease.
miR-31 promotes proliferation of colon cancer cells by targeting E2F2
TL;DR: A possible mechanism for the function of miR-31 on colon cancer proliferation is presented and indicates that miR -31 might become a target for anti-cancer drug design.

miR-155 regulates the proliferation and cell cycle of colorectal carcinoma cells by targeting E2F2.
TL;DR: Overall, miR-155 plays an important role in colorectal carcinoma tumorigenesis by negative regulation of its targets including E2F2 and may be a potential therapeutic target for colorective carcinoma treatment.

Oral immunization with recombinant Lactococcus lactis delivering a multi-epitope antigen CTB-UE attenuates Helicobacter pylori infection in mice.
TL;DR: Genetically modified L. lactis strains were established to secrete this epitope vaccine extracellularly and significantly elicited humoral anti-urease antibody responses and reduced the gastric colonization of H. pylori infection.
