TL;DR: In this paper, a Pearson correlation analysis was conducted on the different high-temperature indexes of different asphalt samples, apart from penetration, the softening point and rheological indexes featured excellent accuracy and applicability in the evaluation of the hightemperature performance of FRMAs.
A test method to evaluate the fuel oil corrosion resistance of asphalt binders
TL;DR: In this paper, the oil immersion binder bond strength (BBS) test, a test method based on the well-established BBS test, was designed and performed, which evaluates the fuel oil corrosion resistance performance of asphalt binders indirectly according to the loss of pull-off tensile strength (POTS) due to diesel oil corrosion, defined as ΔPOTSO values.
