Multiscale Exploration and Experimental Insights into Separating Neutral Heterocyclic Nitrogen Compounds Using [emim][NO3] as an Extractant
Lianzheng Zhang,Lianzheng Zhang,Xiaobin Bing,Ziqi Cui,Juan A. Labarta,Dongmei Xu,Jun Gao,Shixue Zhou,Yinglong Wang +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors are grateful for the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 21908131), the natural science foundation of Shandong Province (ZR2019BB066), and the Shenzhen Supercomputer Center.
Extraction and mechanism exploration for separating cresols from coal tar by ionic liquid ethanolamine lactate
TL;DR: In this paper, a green hydroxyl ammonium ionic liquid ethanolamine lactate (HMEA) was applied as an extractant to extract three different cresols (o-, m-, and p-cresol) from low-temperature coal tar.

Extraction and multi-scale mechanism explorations for separating indole from coal tar via tetramethylguanidine-based ionic liquids
Tao Zhang,Xiaobin Bing,Dan Wang,Jun Gao,Lianzheng Zhang,Lianzheng Zhang,Dongmei Xu,Yuping Zhang,Yinglong Wang +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, two kinds of tetramethylguanidine-based ionic liquids (ILs) were applied as the extractants to extract indole from LTCT model oil.

Separation of m-Cresol from Coal Tar Model Oil Using Propylamine-Based Ionic Liquids: Extraction and Interaction Mechanism Exploration
Xiaobin Bing,Zenghui Wang,Feng Wei,Jun Gao,Dongmei Xu,Lianzheng Zhang,Lianzheng Zhang,Yinglong Wang +7 more
- 01 Sep 2020
TL;DR: The results showed that both cation and anion formed hydrogen bonds with m-cresol and the anions played a leading role with electrostatic interaction energy in separating m- cresol.

Multiscale evaluation of the efficiently separation of phenols using a designed cationic functionalized ionic liquid based on Brønsted/Lewis coordination
Dongmei Xu,Lianzheng Zhang,Pei Zhong,Lijie Peng,Xiaobin Bing,Kexin Yan,Jun Gao,Zhao Pingping,Zhao Pingping,Lianzheng Zhang,Yinglong Wang +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a carboxyl functionalized ionic liquid, 1-carboxyethyl-3-methylimidazolium nitrate ([CeMIM][NO3]), was designed based on the Bronsted/Lewis coordination theory and prepared to effective separation of PC from the oil mixtures, taking m-cresol as the example.
