Thickness dependence of domain size in 2D ferroelectric CuInP2S6 nanoflakes
Liufang Chen,Yongqiang Li,Chuanfu Li,Hanwen Wang,Zheng Han,He Ma,Guoliang Yuan,Lin Lin,Zhibo Yan,Xiangping Jiang,Jun-Ming Liu +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated the 2D ferroelectric domain structures of 2D CuInP2S6 nanoflakes attached on heavily doped Si wafers and polarization switching using the piezoresponse force microscopy.

Absence of piezoelectric enhancement around the morphotropic phase boundaries for Bi1−xNdxFeO3 ceramics
Ping Chen,Yifeng Li,Xujie Li,S. H. Zheng,M. F. Liu,L. Lin,Zhendong Yan,Xiangping Jiang,J.-M. Liu,J.-M. Liu +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the piezoelectric behaviors of bulk Bi1−xNdxFeO3 ceramics, given that the Nd-substitution may trigger structural phase transitions from the R3c phase to the Pna21 phase and eventually toward the non-polar Pnma phase.
