Neoadjuvant pyrotinib, trastuzumab, and docetaxel for HER2-positive breast cancer (PHEDRA): a double-blind, randomized phase 3 trial
Jiong Wu,Zefei Jiang,Zhenzhen Liu,Benlong Yang,Hongjian Yang,Jinhai Tang,Kun Wang,Yunjiang Liu,Haibo Wang,Peifen Fu,Shuqun Zhang,Qiang Liu,Shusen Wang,Jian Huang,Chuan-Cheng Wang,Shui Wang,Yongsheng Wang,Linlin Zhen,Xiaoyu Zhu,F. Wu,Xiang Lin,Jianjun Zou +21 more
TL;DR: In this paper , pyrotinib was added to trastuzumab and docetaxel in the neoadjuvant setting to improve the total pathological complete response (tpCR) rate for HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer.
Adebrelimab (SHR-1316) in combination with chemotherapy as perioperative treatment in patients with resectable stage II-III NSCLC: an open-label, multicenter, phase 1b trial.
Wanpu Yan,Wen-Zhao Zhong,Yan-hui Liu,Qi-Xun Chen,Wenqun Xing,Qin Zhang,Lunxu Liu,Di Ge,Ke-Neng Chen,Fan Yang,Xiang Lin,Lili Song,Wei Shi,Yi-Long Wu +13 more
TL;DR: Adebrelimab plus nab-paclitaxel and carboplatin as perioperative treatment for resectable NSCLC was evaluated in this paper , where the primary end point was major pathologic response (MPR).

Molecular correlation of response to pyrotinib in advanced NSCLC with HER2 mutation: biomarker analysis from two phase II trials
Shiqi Mao,Shuo Yang,Xin-Yu Liu,Xing-Ya Li,Qing Wang,Yiping Zhang,Jianhua Chen,Yuan Wang,Guanghui Gao,Fengying Wu,Tao Jiang,Xiao Zhang,Ying Yang,Xiang Lin,Xiaoyu Zhu,Caicun Zhou,Shengxiang Ren +16 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors investigated the molecular features of responders to pyrotinib in advanced NSCLC with HER2 mutation and found that patients with TP53 wild type, ctDNA nonshedding and clearance exhibited significantly longer PFS than those with mutations.
Abstract P5-18-06: Proactive diarrhea management improved tolerability of pyrotinib in combination with trastuzumab and docetaxel in patients with HER2+ early or locally advanced breast cancer: Exploratory analysis from randomized, double-blind, phase 3 PHEDRA study
Benlong Yang,Jiong Wu,Zhenzhen Liu,Hongjian Yang,Jinhai Tang,Kun Wang,Yunjiang Liu,Haibo Wang,Peifen Fu,Shuqun Zhang,Qiang Liu,Zefei Jiang,Shusen Wang,Jian Huang,Chuan Wang,Shu Wang,Yongsheng Wang,Linlin Zhen,Fei Wu,Shulin Liu,Xiang Lin,Jianjun Zou +21 more
TL;DR: Evaluating the effectiveness of proactive diarrhea management in women with HER2+ early or locally advanced breast cancer found pyrotinib tolerability was improved with PDM, which reduced the incidence and duration of grade 3 diarrhea.
