TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a method for thin film forming composition which suppresses increase in molecular weight of an alkoxysilane condensation product during storage and substantially avoids increase in viscosity of the composition, therefore enabling to form a thin film uniform in film thickness and having a fine pattern shape with high accuracy.
