α2 noradrenergic receptor suppressed CaMKII signaling in spinal dorsal horn of mice with inflammatory pain
TL;DR: Intrathecal application of α2 noradrenergic receptor agonists effectively alleviates the pathological pain induced by peripheral tissue injury and spinal treatment with protein phosphatase inhibitor okadaic acid ruled out clonidine-mediated CaMKII dephosphorylation in CFA-injected mice, suggesting that interference with CaMK II signaling might represent an important mechanism underlying noradRenergic suppression of inflammatory pain.

Peripheral inflammation activated focal adhesion kinase signaling in spinal dorsal horn of mice
TL;DR: It is shown that intraplantar injection of complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) in mice significantly increases FAK autophosphorylation at Tyr397, indicating a close correlation of FAK activation with inflammatory pain.
