TL;DR: (S)-3-(Carboxyformamido)-2-(3-(carboxymethyl)ureido) propanoic acids proved potent PSMA ligands with Ki values ranging from 0.08 nM - 8.98 nM, which are in the range of or are higher in potency compared to previously published Glu-Urea-based ligands.

TL;DR: In this article, a prostatespecific membrane antigen targeting inhibitor, application and probes are described. The inhibitor is at least one of compounds witha structure shown as a formula I. The PSMA-targeted probes 68Ga-DXJ149 and 68Ga -DXJ155 provided by the invention are two very potential dencichine 68-Ga-labeled PSMAtargeted molecular probes, and particularly 68GaDXJ 149 is superior to PSMA -PSMA617 commonly used in clinical research in the aspects of tumor uptake, in-vivo metabolism and the like
