Laser frequency stabilization based on Fano resonance in a microcylinder cavity.
TL;DR: Researchers utilize Fano resonance in microcylinder cavities to stabilize laser frequency, achieving a minimum noise of 2.25 Hz^2/Hz at 10 kHz, outperforming microspheres by one order of magnitude, and eliminating the need for additional electronic circuits.
