TL;DR: Yeast two-hybrid assay and Phenotypic analyses of the single and double mutants under salt stress confirmed involvement of MUG13.4-AtAGO2 complex as a component of the salt tolerance mechanism and suggested that AtAGO 2 improved Arabidopsis tolerance to salt stress by affecting operation of the SOS signaling cascade at the transcript level.

TL;DR: In this article, a multi-phase solid culture medium preparation method for plant cultivation is described, in which the first phase solution fully fills the lower portion of the culture dish after cooling and coagulating, a two-phase culture medium can be obtained by directly pouring the second phase solution onto the first-phase solution for coagulation, and a partition is not needed, so that operation is simpler and more convenient; a step of pulling the partition away is omitted.
