The invention discloses a preparation method of emulsion for coating a high-temperature resistant and flame-retardant glass fiber sleeve. The raw materials in parts by mass are prepared as follows: 70-90 parts of tetrafunctional glycidyl amine epoxy resin, 10-30 parts of brominated epoxy resin, 80-100 parts of a curing agent, 0.5-2 parts of an accelerant, 10-20 parts of a flexibilizer and 0.05-0.10 part of polymethylsiloxane. The preparation method comprises the following steps in sequence: S1, mixing tetrafunctional glycidyl amine epoxy resin and brominated epoxy resin in a forced mixer uniformly to obtain a mixed solution; S2, heating the mixed solution obtained in step S1 to 40-70 DEG C, adding the curing agent, the accelerator, the flexibilizer and polymethylsiloxane to the mixed solution, performing mixing in the forced mixer at a mixing speed of 60-80 r/min for 40-60 min, and then keeping the temperature for standing to obtain the product. The method has the advantages of being simple, easy to operate, safe and environmentally friendly, facilitates industrialization and has remarkable economic benefits.
