The invention discloses small-sized video coding equipment, and a video capture, coding and transmission system. The small-sized video coding equipment is provided with a video processing module, a USB (Universal Serial Bus) interface, a voice frequency transmission circuit, a video transmission circuit and an AV (Audio Video)interface, wherein the AV interface is used for being connected to a camera, receiving voice frequency signals and video signals collected and output by the camera, and sending the voice frequency signals and the video signals to the video processing module through the voice frequency transmission circuit and the video transmission circuit; after being encoded by the video processing module, the voice frequency signals and the video signals are transmitted to the USB interface. The video encoding equipment provided by the invention is small in size, low in power consumption and high in compression ratio, and can be used with a PC (Personal Computer) or terminal devices with network functions in a matching manner; after being encoded, a shot video picture is sent to a remote server by a wired or wireless network so as to realize real-time capture and remote monitoring of an on-site picture. Meanwhile, by using a USB interface power supply mode, the coding equipment does not need to be equipped with an independent power supply, is easy to carry and install, and can be conveniently used together with existing equipment.

The invention accesses an intelligent sensor to the Internet/Intranet by standard TCP (Transmission Control Protocol)/IP (Internet Protocol) in the mode of Ad Hoc network so that thetechnical problem of accessing the sensor to the network when on-site wiring condition is not available.

The features of PDA have a wide working temperature range (−40 ° c∼80 ° c), water-proof, impact resistance, small size, portable and low powoer consumption design. The trial production shows the PDA is suitable for the applications of soldiers or workers in the harsh environment.

Meanwhile, the invention provides the realization device of the CPCWSN realization device in the ubiquitous sensor network controller and the wireless sensor access multiplexing equipment.

This paper develops a portable MANET terminal. It provides a self-healing, robust, mobile network that supports voice, video communication, and other data applications. The terminal includes a system board based on PXA270 and a video compression board based on BF537, using 802.11b/g external network card as wireless transmission equipment. This paper proposes a route protocol special for small scale MANET and deploys it on the terminal, and develops h.264 video transmit module and voice transmit module based RTP. A security communication protocol is also proposed which grounded on off-line digital certificate. In the end, this paper summarizes the capabilities of the terminal. It operates over multiple wireless hops at data rates of at least 256Kbps.
