Oxygen-carrier selection and thermal analysis of the chemical-looping process for hydrogen production
TL;DR: In this article, various candidate materials were proposed for the oxygen carrier and support, and a thermal analysis of the three-reactor chemical-looping process was performed, and the results indicated that hydrogen production was affected mainly by the steam-conversion rate.

Numerical modeling and analysis of the temperature effect on the performance of an alkaline water electrolysis system
TL;DR: In this article, the authors used a polynomial equation to find the optimal configuration and operating condition of the AWE system, which can then be used to optimize the system performance.

Advanced Zirfon-type porous separator for a high-rate alkaline electrolyser operating in a dynamic mode
Hae In Lee,Hae In Lee,Muhammad Mehdi,Muhammad Mehdi,Sang Kyung Kim,Sang Kyung Kim,Hyun-Seok Cho,MinJoong Kim,Won Chul Cho,Won Chul Cho,Young Woo Rhee,Young Woo Rhee,Chang-Hee Kim,Chang-Hee Kim +13 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a Zirfon-type separator with a reduced ohmic resistance of 0.10−Ω-cm2 and hydrogen permeability of 1.2% was used in a single cell of a lab-scale water electrolyser with non-noble metal catalysts.

Continuous operation characteristics of chemical looping hydrogen production system
Won Chul Cho,Won Chul Cho,Doyeon Lee,Myung Won Seo,Sang Done Kim,Kyoung-Soo Kang,Ki Kwang Bae,Change Hee Kim,Seong-Uk Jeong,Chu Sik Park +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, an integrated continuous operation test unit (300 Wth) using 20 wt% Fe2O3/ZrO2as an oxygen carrier was successfully operated over 13 h.
