Methods and apparatuses that collect tracking data items into a plurality of data stores for one or more domain in response to resources received from the domains are described. Each tracking data item may be accessible for one of the domains. Relationships of the domains may be identified among the tracking data items across multiple data stores according to the resources received. One or more of the domains may be selected according to the identified relationships to control accessibility of the tracking data items for the domains. The data stores may be updated to prohibit accessing at least a portion of the tracking data items for the selected domains.

This paper puts forward an integrated fuzzy simulation-fuzzy data envelopment analysis (FDEA)-fuzzy cognitive map (FCM) algorithm for performance optimization of maintenance workshops by incorporating cognitive and time-dependent factors. Due to severe ambiguousness associated with the collected data, the fuzzy set theory is incorporated into the approach. Fuzzy computer simulation is employed for modeling the workshop and providing time-dependent factors. FCM is used for extracting relations between cognitive factors. FDEA is used for ranking scenarios based on inputs and outputs of FCM and the developed computer simulation. Moreover, a recent possibilistic programming approach is used to convert the fuzzy DEA model to an equivalent crisp model. The sensitivity analysis show that α = 0.1 is the best α-cut level for interpreting data. The proposed algorithm is capable of modeling and optimizing the performance of maintenance workshops in uncertain and non-linear environments. The solution quality is inspected and shown through an actual maintenance workshop. This is the first study that presents an integrated non-crisp algorithm for performance optimization of maintenance activities with cognitive and time-dependent factors.

Intrusion detection system (IDS) plays a vital role in a computer security scheme as the number of security-breaking attempts originating inside organizations is increasing steadily. In this paper, we describe an architecture of Host based Intrusion Detection System for DoS attack in distributed WLAN (HIDS). The proposed system is an intelligent system that will detect the intrusion dynamically and periodically on estimating the intruder association respective to the current node with its neighbor nodes. It also uses the concept of Bloom filter, in which it stores destination IP address that is used to detect an intruder with misuse detection approach.

A host based intrusion detection system for DDoS attack in WLAN

This paper presents a remote, undetectable, high accuracy mechanism to infer Skype voice traffic on WiFi networks with a success rate of ?97% and only a ?3% false positive rate. In spite of any encryption scheme employed, we infer user activity by exploiting a variety of frame size and interarrival time distributions. We demonstrate ways to use these efficiently and optimise the Random Forest classifier generated. The final product is an efficient classifier that we believe can be implemented at very low cost on portable, commodity hardware. Given its design and the side-channel data used, these methods should easily generalise to other encrypted communication methods such as 4G LTE. With longer range wireless communications becoming more prevalent, and increased commercial interest in tracking and analysing publicly broadcast wireless data, this paper highlights a plausible threat to users' private activities.

This article presents the Smartalloc model for human resource allocations in projects based on machine learning. The model learns about the allocation strategies used by the organization over time and makes recommendations based on this information. The model has two scientific contributions, based on the study of related works: (1) allows the choice of the strategic objective of the organization (cost, time or quality) in the definition of the resource allocation strategy; (2) uses the historical allocations of previous projects. A prototype was implemented and applied in an evaluation involving 2 project managers of 2 organizations who answered structured research in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) methodology, confirming the usability of Smartalloc. Then, the Accuracy calculation of the machine learning algorithm was measured, whose ideal value should be 1. In 6 projects in the first company, the average was 0.77. In the second company, the average was 0.70 in 3 projects. Both project managers considered the Smartalloc model to be useful in allocating human resources to projects.

With the fast development of wireless network, the problems on wireless security have become more and more prominence. And technologies of firewall and intrusion detection cannot solve these problems satisfactorily. However, wireless intrusion prevention systems which can prevent attacks for WLAN excellently have become the research hotspot. In this paper, we firstly indicate the developing history of WIPS, and then summarize the related work on WIPS in academic and engineering application area respectively. Based on these work, we propose a common wireless intrusion prevention framework (CWIPF), and describe some key technologies used in this framework. Finally, we propose some research issues should be focused on in the future.

An overview of wireless intrusion prevention systems

Constraints and conflicts of human resource in case of multi-project have been recently focused on by researcher. And it is one of the important reasons for project failure. How to effectively manage the human resource in multi-project case is that all enterprises must address. This paper proposes a multi-project human resource allocation method which designs a group of input and output indicators which can reflect the performance of human resource allocation. The method mainly uses data envelopment analysis model to evaluate the project's schedule of the parallel multiple projects, then dynamically adjusts human resource allocation and improves the performance of multi-project to improve the resources utilization and the success rate of multi-project.

An Approach for Allocation Optimization of Multi-Project Human Resource Based on DEA

Recently, there are many problems in software laboratory course management. It is, particularly, widespread that student play video games or do other things which are unrelated to the course. However, most of present monitoring software are all based on the operation of teachers, rather than a real-time system, which is very inconvenient. In order to carry out the laboratory course management better and help teachers to monitor and analyze students' behaviors of operating computer, we design and implement a model of Self-adaptive Monitoring and Analysis System (SMAS) for students' behaviors in laboratory course. For monitoring, we implement a module which uses the technology neural-network-based expert system, with which we can monitor the students' behavior real-time and self-adaptively. For analysis, with the methodologies such as Factor Analysis, Cluster Analysis, and Discriminant Analysis, we propose and implement an evaluation algorithm, which can evaluate the students' performance in a course quantificationally and obviously.
