According to the double-ring green brick tea production line, the working efficiency is greatly improved by adopting double ring lines. The plurality of direct through molds are perfectly combined with the double ring lines: the plurality of direct through molds are arranged on the annular rack of the pressing machine and a pressing process is controlled by hydraulic electric control, so that a large amount of manpower is saved and the production efficiency is also improved.

The invention discloses a tea-steaming device. The device includes a steaming tank. A mounting opening is arranged on the upper side of the steaming tank. A processing tank is arranged inside the mounting opening. A fixation opening is arranged on the lower side of the processing tank. A steam-collecting hood is arranged inside the fixation opening. According to the invention, in the process of steaming tea, stirring tea leaves is more convenientso as to avoid the tea leaves contacting each other for a long time to fully soften the tea leaves; tea-steaming effects are guaranteed; and tea-steaming efficiency is also improved by collecting steam with the steam-collecting hood.

The device comprises a body frame, an air drawing hood, a movable bracket, a tea steaming box, a water gathering tank, a pipeline, a rotating cylinder, two sets of sliders, an electric control box and cylinder, a upper fixing frame is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the inside of a side board of the body frame, the air drawing hood is arranged at the top of the upper fixing frame, a switch body is arranged at the top of the air drawing hood, the switch body is connected with the rotating cylinder, both sides of the movable bracket are respectively connected with the two sets of sliders through bracket base plates, the two sets of sliders are in slip connection with two rail lines of the inside of the side board of the body frame, a bracket connecting base is connected with the head of a piston rod of the cylinder through connecting blocks, a vapour hood is arranged at the bottom of a top tray of the movable bracket, the tea steaming box is arranged on the top tray of the movable bracket, the pipeline is arranged at the upper end of the outer side of the side board of the body frame by crossing one end of the water gathering tank, and the other end of the pipelinr is arranged in the vapour hood. The steaming time can be set without additional timing, the steaming is uniform and good in effect; and vapour movement is limited in the closed type device with good operating environment; and the closed type device can be used for automatic production line.

According to the circulating bidirectional tea steaming machine for the Fuzhuan tea, the tea can be automatically, circularly and continuously steamed; the vapor steaming time is accurately controlled, the labor efficiency is improved and the labor intensity is reduced; the humidity and the softening degree of the Fuzhuan tea are consistent and the quality of the Fuzhuan tea is improved.
