Mechanisms of nitrogen re-distribution in response to enzyme activities and the effects on nitrogen use efficiency in brassica napus during later growth stages
Zhang Zhenhua,Wen-ming Wang,Chunyun Guan,Qiang Liu,Rong Xiangmin,Yong-Liang Han,Jiangwei Peng,Qiong Liao,Ying Yu,Song Haixing +9 more
- 01 Jan 2014
TL;DR: It is suggested that PE, GS, and GOGAT are key enzymes for the regulation of N re-distribution in plant tissues during later growth stages, with grain yield and NUE of oilseed rape being positively regulated by PE and GS activities.

Effect of atmospheric CO2 concentration and nitrogen application level on absorption and transportation of nutrient elements in oilseed rape
Wen-ming Wang,Zhenhua Zhang,Hai-xing Song,Qiang Liu,Xiang-min Rong,Chun-yun Guan,Jing Zeng,Dan Yuan +7 more
TL;DR: Effect of elevated atmospheric-CO2 on the absorption and transportation of secondary nutrient elements and micronutrient elements in oilseed rape at the stem elongation stage were studied by greenhouse simulated method.

Effects of a controlled-release fertilizer on yield, nutrient uptake, and fertilizer usage efficiency in early ripening rapeseed (Brassica napus L.).
Chang Tian,Xuan Zhou,Qiang Liu,Jianwei Peng,Wen-ming Wang,Zhenhua Zhang,Yong Yang,Haixing Song,Chun-yun Guan +8 more
TL;DR: CRF significantly promoted the growth of rapeseed with using total N as the base fertilizer, by providing sufficient N in the later growth stages, and last by reducing the residual N inThe soil and increasing the N accumulation and N usage efficiency.
