Alternating copolymerizations of styrene derivatives and carbon monoxide in the presence of a palladium(II) catalyst
TL;DR: In this article, a series of styrene derivatives were synthesized from aromatic substances by Friedel-Crafts acylation, reduction, and dehydration, and the characterization of the polyketones produced was performed by use of 1H-NMR, IR, WXRD, and EA methods.

The role of aluminum in Sn-Al-beta zeolite catalyzing the conversion of glucose to methyl lactate
TL;DR: In this article , the authors used tin grafting to obtain Sn-Al-Beta catalysts for the conversion of glucose to methyl lactate and achieved a 46.66% yield.
