Hyperspectral estimation of wheat stripe rust using fractional order differential equations and Gaussian process methods
Jie Zhang,Xia Jing,Xiaoyu Song,Teng Zhang,Weina Duan,Jing Su +5 more
TL;DR: In this article , the spectral features associated with stripe rust were screened using significance tests and Gaussian process regression sigma (GPR sigma) analysis methods, and models for the various wheat stripe rust severity levels were established by Gaussian Process Regression with different data inputs.

Addressing validation challenges for TROPOMI solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence products using tower-based measurements and an NIRv-scaled approach
TL;DR: In this article , a near-infrared reflectance of vegetation (NIRv)-scaled approach was employed to mitigate the spatial difference between the locations of specific sites and the matched TROPOSIF samples using Sentinel-2 imagery.

Quantifying the effects of stripe rust disease on wheat canopy spectrum based on eliminating non-physiological stresses
TL;DR: In this article , the authors used the Difference-In-Differences (DID) algorithm to measure the effect of stripe rust infection on the spectrum of wheat canopy reflectance spectrum.

Mouse Cardiac Arrest Model for Brain Imaging and Brain Physiology Monitoring During Ischemia and Resuscitation.
TL;DR: A mouse asphyxia CA model that does not require the chest compression CPR step was presented in this paper . But, this model does not allow for the study of dynamic changes in blood flow, vascular structure, electrical potentials, and brain tissue oxygen from the pre-CA baseline to early post-CA reperfusion.
