Elucidation of the Intestinal Absorption Mechanism of Celastrol Using the Caco-2 Cell Transwell Model.
Hong Li,Jie Li,Lu Liu,Yichuan Zhang,Yili Luo,Xiaoli Zhang,Peng Yang,Manna Zhang,Weifeng Yu,Shen Qu +9 more
TL;DR: The intestinal transport of celastrol was a time- and concentration-dependent active transport, and the efflux of celastsrol was energy dependent, indicating that celastro is a substrate of P-glycoprotein but not multidrug resistance protein 2 or the breast cancer resistance protein.
Copper and cuproptosis-related genes in hepatocellular carcinoma: therapeutic biomarkers targeting tumor immune microenvironment and immune checkpoints
Xiaoqiang Wang,Dongfang Chen,Yumiao Shi,Jiamei Luo,Yiqi Zhang,Xiaohong Yuan,Chao-Nan Zhang,Weifeng Yu,Jie Tian +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the effects of Cu and cuproptosis-related genes (CRGs) in patients with HCC were investigated in the TCGA-LIHC (The Cancer Genome Atlas-Liver cancer, n = 347) and ICGC-LIRI-JP (International Cancer Gome Consortium-liver Cancer-Riken-Japan), datasets.

Inflammation-mediated macrophage polarization induces TRPV1/TRPA1 heteromers in endometriosis.
TL;DR: The results suggest that endometriosis-induced celiac inflammation might mediate macrophage polarization along with the increase of TRPV1/TRPA1 heteromers, which may play a key role in endometRIosis pain.
