TL;DR: In this article, a composite membrane preparing technology of coating a layer of compact bacterial fiber membrane on a paper porous basement membrane is proposed, which consists of the following steps that: vegetable fibers are prepared into the porous paper basement membrane by utilizing a papermaking process; uniformlydispersed bacterial fibers are coated on the paper porous bottom membrane through composite papermaking or coating to form a layer; and the membrane layer is dried at the high temperature to obtain a micro-filtration membrane of which the average pore size is between 0.01 and 10 microns.

TL;DR: In this article, a method for enzyme immobilization is described, which comprises the following steps of: taking a porous material as a carrier, keeping an enzyme on the porous carrier, coating the carrier by using a water-insoluble solution of a film-forming material; and forming a film on the surface of the porous substrate after the phase transformation of the film forming material so as to immobilize the enzyme.

TL;DR: In this article, a method for using a complex carrier of latex and a porous material as an immobilized carrier is described, which comprises the following steps of: taking microbes subjected to activation and proliferation, mixing the microbes and the latex, and stirring and uniformly mixing; adding base material granules and stirring-and-uniformly mixing; drying for 0 to 4 hours at the temperature of between 50 below zero and 80 DEG C; and finally, taking out and cleaning by using tap water, wherein the latex is used for specific engineering demands.
