TL;DR: A clinically relevant signature for patients with chemoresistant TNBC was developed, characterized by high expression of “luminal-like” genes [androgen-receptor (AR) and GATA3], whereas the subgroup with worse prognosis was characterized by expression of cancer stem-cell markers.

TL;DR: A review of standard operating procedures used by 28 major neoadjuvant breast cancer trials and/or 25 sites involved in such trials identified marked variability in specimen handling and histologic reporting as mentioned in this paper.
