The energy storage material is stable in performance, low in price, rich in raw material, convenient to prepare, large in phase change latent heat, free of toxins, adjustable in temperature and capable of being widely applied to the fields of solar low-temperature heat storage systems, household daily heat preservation, household hot water energy storage systems and the like.

The invention discloses an energy-storing building wall structure containing a double-layer phase-change material plate. The building wall structure includes an exterior finishing plate, an exterior heat-insulation plate, an exterior shaping phase-change material plate, a wall layer, an interior shaping phase-change material plate, an interior heat-insulation plate and an interior finishing plate in sequence from exterior to interior, wherein the finishing plates, the heat-insulation plates and the shaping phase-change material plates are combined together to form a novel finishing heat-insulation plate, the exterior and interior shaping phase-change material plates are composed of a novel inorganic composite phase-change material and an encapsulating material thereof, and a high-temperature-resistant fire-prevention material is attached to the surface of the encapsulating material. According to the energy-storing building wall structure containing the double-layer phase-change material plate, the two materials with different phase-change temperatures are combined with a wall, not only are production and installation convenient and fast, but also the effect of heat insulation is good, the application range is wide, the energy-storing effect of the phase-change material is exerted in different seasons, the living comfort level of indoor environment can be effectively improved, and building energy consumption is reduced.

Optical degradation mechanisms of mid-power white-light LEDs in LM-80-08 tests

A systematic study about the effect of thermal aging time on lead frame morphology and LED optical performance was demonstrated in this paper. Three different lead frames for LED manufacturing were chosen to execute thermal aging test for reliability qualification. An evolution about Ag recrystallization, Cu diffusion, Cu nucleation, and growth on lead frame surface was comprehensively explained. The relationship between surface morphology and lead frame reflectance was first established by experimental characterization and comparison. After that, the- oretical analysis based on diffusion theory reasonably explained the copper diffusion and nucleation process, which matches well with the morphology changes. Later on, optical simulation on various commercial LED packages was implemented to evaluate the effect of lead frame reflectance on the optical output. In conclusion, centering on Cu diffusion induces reflectance decrease, the connection initializes from thermal aging to final LED lumen performance was successfully built up in this paper. The findings can be directly applied as guidance to facilitate industrial LED manufacturing and reliability qualification.

Study on Ag-Plated Cu Lead Frame and Its Effect to LED Performance Under Thermal Aging

The invention discloses a phase change material and a preparation method thereof. The phase change material comprises the following preparation raw materials: calcium chloride hexahydrate, strontium chloride hexahydrate and a melting point regulator, wherein the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 80-90% of calcium chloride hexahydrate, 5-10% of strontium chloride hexahydrate and 5-10% of the melting point regulator. The preparation method of the phase change material specifically comprises the following steps: weighing calcium chloride hexahydrate, strontium chloride hexahydrate and the melting point regulator, and mixing the raw materials according to mass parts to prepare a solution; heating the solution in a constant-temperature water bath at 60-80 DEG C, and continuously stirring until the raw materials are completely molten and the solution becomes a transparent liquid; and crystallizing the transparent liquid at a low temperature of 4-6 DEG C to obtain the phase change material. The phase change material disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation process, only needs three steps namely mixing, melting and crystallization, and is less in adopted raw material type and cheap and easily-available in raw material; and the prepared phase change material is non-toxic and non-corrosive, the phase change temperature can be adjusted between 24 DEG C and 31 DEG C, the latent heat of phase change is 120-170J/g, the super-cooling degree is less than 10 DEG C, and the phase change process is reversible.
