The medical image storage and transmission system completes the collection, storage, management, diagnosis and information processing of digital medical image information generated from digital medical devices, accumulates a large amount of data resources, and uses these valuable data resources to extract corresponding diseases. Diagnostic rules that help improve the accuracy of clinical disease diagnosis have always been the subject of medical research and management. Gastrointestinal diseases are common high-risk digestive diseases. This paper studies the imaging detection and quantitative detection and analysis of gastrointestinal diseases based on data mining, aiming to improve the accuracy of doctors' clinical diagnosis, reduce the misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis of patients' diseases, and reduce the burden on patients. With the high computing speed and computational accuracy of the computer, combined with the flexible analysis and judgment ability of the human body, the doctor can help the semi-structured and unstructured diagnosis problems. Experiments demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method.

Imaging Examination and Quantitative Detection and Analysis of Gastrointestinal Diseases Based on Data Mining Technology

Oxidative stress emerges as a prominent factor in the onset and progression of intestinal inflammation, primarily due to its critical role in damaging cells and tissues. GABAergic signaling is important in the occurrence and development of various intestinal disorders, yet its effect on oxidative stress remains unclear. We attempted to assess whether GABAergic signaling participated in the regulation of oxidative stress during enteritis. The results showed that lipopolysaccharide (LPS) significantly decreased γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) levels in the ileal tissues of mice. Interestingly, the application of GABA significantly repressed the shedding of intestinal mucosal epithelial cells and inflammatory cell infiltration, inhibited the expressions of proinflammatory factors, including granulocyte colony-stimulating factor and granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor, and enhanced the levels of anti-inflammatory cytokines interleukin (IL)-4 and IL-10, indicating that GABA could alleviate enteritis in mice. This observation was further supported by transcriptome sequencing, revealing a total of 271 differentially expressed genes, which exhibited a marked enrichment of inflammatory and immune-related pathways, alongside a prominent enhancement of GABA B receptor (GABA 

Activation of GABABR Attenuates Intestinal Inflammation by Reducing Oxidative Stress through Modulating the TLR4/MyD88/NLRP3 Pathway and Gut Microbiota Abundance

Pigs play important roles in agriculture and bio-medicine; however, porcine viral infections have caused huge losses to the pig industry and severely affected the animal welfare and social public safety. During viral infections, many non-coding RNAs are induced or repressed by viruses and regulate viral infection. Many viruses have, therefore, developed a number of mechanisms that use ncRNAs to evade the host immune system. Understanding how ncRNAs regulate host immunity during porcine viral infections is critical for the development of antiviral therapies. In this review, we provide a summary of the classification, production and function of ncRNAs involved in regulating porcine viral infections. Additionally, we outline pathways and modes of action by which ncRNAs regulate viral infections and highlight the therapeutic potential of artificial microRNA. Our hope is that this information will aid in the development of antiviral therapies based on ncRNAs for the pig industry.

<title>Abstract</title> Infectious Bronchitis Virus (IBV) is the causative agent of Infectious Bronchitis (IB), a severe disease that primarily affects young chickens and poses a significant challenge to the global poultry industry. Gaining an understanding of the intricate interplay between the virus and its host is crucial for developing novel antiviral strategies. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) has emerged as a pivotal regulator of host antiviral immune responses, and our previous studies have indicated that IBV infection disrupts lncRNA stability in host cells, suggesting an unknown regulatory role for lncRNA in IBV pathogenesis. However, it remains unclear how lncRNA precisely modulates IBV replication. In this study, we observed down-regulation ofMSTRG.26120.58 (named lncRNA-DRNR) expression in various chicken cell lines upon IBV infection and demonstrated that silencing lncRNA-DRNR using siRNA enhances intracellular replication of IBV. Through exploration of genes encoding proteins upstream and downstream of lncRNA-DRNR within a 100kb range, we identified JMJD6 as a potential target gene negatively regulated by lncRNA-DRNR expression levels. Moreover, JMJD6 inhibits STAT1 methylation, thereby influencing induction of Interferon-Stimulated Genes (ISGs) through IFN-β-mediated JAK-STAT signaling pathway activation and ultimately promoting intracellular replication of IBV. In summary, our findings unveil the critical role played by lncRNA-DRNR during IBV infection while providing novel insights into mechanisms underlying coronavirus-induced disruption in lncRNA stability. 

The long non-coding RNA lncRNA-DRNR targets the JMJD6 to enhance replication of infectious bronchitis virus（IBV） by influencing the ISG expression pathway through the JAK-STAT signaling pathway

Noncoding RNAs (ncRNAs), including microRNAs (miRNAs) and long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs), are pivotal regulators involved in the pathogenic mechanism of multiple coronaviruses. Porcine deltacoronavirus (PDCoV) has evolved multiple strategies to escape the innate immune response of host cells, but whether ncRNAs are involved in this process during PDCoV infection is still unknown.In this study, the expression profiles of miRNAs, lncRNAs and mRNAs in IPEC-J2 cells infected with PDCoV at 0, 12 and 24 hours postinfection (hpi) were identified through small RNA and RNA sequencing. The differentially expressed miRNAs (DEmiRNAs), lncRNAs (DElncRNAs) and mRNAs (DEmRNAs) were screened from the comparison group of IPEC-J2 cells at 0 and 12 hpi as well as the comparison group of IPEC-J2 cells at 12 and 24 hpi. The target genes of these DEncRNAs were predicted. The bioinformatics analysis of the target genes revealed multiple significantly enriched functions and pathways. Among them, the genes that were associated with innate immunity were specifically screened. The expression of innate immunity-related ncRNAs and mRNAs was validated by RT-qPCR. Competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) regulatory networks among innate immunity-related ncRNAs and their target mRNAs were established. Moreover, we found that the replication of PDCoV was significantly inhibited by two innate immunity-related miRNAs, ssc-miR-30c-3p and ssc-miR-374b-3p, in IPEC-J2 cells.This study provides a data platform to conduct studies of the pathogenic mechanism of PDCoV from a new perspective and will be helpful for further elucidation of the functional role of ncRNAs involved in PDCoV escaping the innate immune response.

Identification and integrated analysis of lncRNAs and miRNAs in IPEC-J2 cells provide novel insight into the regulation of the innate immune response by PDCoV infection

OBJECTIVE To study the influence of cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA) on the diagnosis of functional gastrointestinal diseases (FGID) based on the Rome IV standard in infants and young children. METHODS A total of 84 children aged 1 month to 3 years who were diagnosed with CMPA were enrolled as the case group, and 84 infants and young children who underwent physical examination and had no CMPA were enrolled as the control group. The pediatricians specializing in gastroenterology asked parents using a questionnaire for the diagnosis of FGID based on the Rome IV standard to assess clinical symptoms and to diagnose FGID. RESULTS The case group had a significantly higher incidence rate of a family history of allergies than the control group (P<0.05). In the case group, 38 (45%) met the Rome IV standard for the diagnosis of FGID, while in the control group, 13 (15%) met this standard (P<0.05). According to the Rome IV standard for FGID, the case group had significantly higher diagnostic rates of reflex, functional diarrhea, difficult defecation, and functional constipation than the control group (P<0.05). The children who were diagnosed with FIGD in the control group were given conventional treatment, and those in the case group were asked to avoid the intake of cow's milk protein in addition to the conventional treatment. After 3 months of treatment, the case group had a significantly higher response rate to the treatment than the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS In infants and young children, CMPA has great influence on the diagnosis of FGID based on the Rome IV standard. The possibility of CMPA should be considered during the diagnosis of FGID.
